the past three seasons and has worn the defensive radio helmet since being drafted in the third round in 2014. General manager Brandon Beane said at the NFL combine that he is "very interested" in re-signing Brown, but it will ultimately come down to price. Brown led the league in tackles this past season, and comparable deals last offseason paid the Rams' Alec Ogletree $10.5 million per year, the Browns' Christian Kirksey $9.5 million and the Dolphins' Kiko Alonso $8.3 million. Prediction: Brown will get a big deal, but not with the Bills, who will find a more athletic replacement in free agency or the draft. -- Mike Rodak Limited Youth Pharoh Cooper White Road Jersey: NFL Nike Los Angeles Rams #10 Vapor UntouchableLandry's future with the Dolphins is iffy at best. He will sign the non-exclusive franchise tag and is currently being shopped by his agent. The Baltimore Ravens and Chicago Bears are among at least five teams to talk with Landry's agent about a trade for the Pro Bowl receiver. Starting left tackles like Solder, who was a 2017 Pro Bowl alternate and enters his eighth NFL season, are commanding salaries in the range of $11-12 million per season. The Patriots drafted Tony Garcia in the third round last year as a possible replacement, but Authentic Michael Hoomanawanui Jersey he missed his entire rookie Julius Erving Womens Jersey season on the non-football injury list and can't be viewed as a surefire fallback plan. So the Patriots should make an aggressive attempt to bring Solder back, and if the offer is competitive, the odds of him staying would seem high. The Bengals would like to have Eifert back, but there's a reason they didn't put the franchise tag on him: Any new contract is going to come with some restrictions, likely in the form of heavy incentives. When healthy, Eifert is one of the top tight ends on the market, but his injury history makes things a bit more complicated. There's a small chance Eifert agrees to a contract with Cincinnati, but it's more likely -- with the state of the free-agent tight end market -- that another team will be more willing to give him money without the restrictions. The Steelers placed the franchise tag on Bell for the second consecutive year, setting the stage for another summer of tense negotiations and only one promise: that the tag pays $14.5 million, if Bell signs it. Both sides want Bell to retire a Steeler, but Pittsburgh hasn't reached Bell's asking price -- which is at least $14.5 million per year -- on a long-term deal. Bell has said he'll consider retirement if asked to play on the tag again. Meanwhile, the Steelers will consider all options, including an escape plan if necessary. Melvin went from looking like he could be the odd person out in the cornerback mix at the start of last season to being the team's No. 1 cornerback, replacing veteran Vontae Davis in that role. The Colts want to re-sign Melvin, but it's probably more likely they say goodbye because general manager Chris Ballard said they plan to "let the market play out." The market for free-agent cornerbacks is relatively thin, which means the 28-year-old Melvin is in position to get overpaid.+ Robinson is coming off a torn left ACL, but he's still the Jaguars' best receiver. He's also the only one on the roster who is a proven downfield threat. He led the NFL in catches of 20 or more yards in 2015 (31), but that number dropped off significantly in 2016 (11), when he and quarterback Blake Bortles struggled through a terrible season. Robinson had a great camp in 2017 before getting injured in the season opener. The Jaguars declined to use the franchise tag on Robinson, but are still hoping to get him back on a more reasonable deal. The Titans have a few decisions to make regarding their interior offensive line, but it starts with Kline, who has been a starting-caliber guard supplying versatility (left or right) and durability. He has missed just two games because of injury over the past three seasons. Kline took a step back as a run-blocker in 2017, but he was solid as a pass-protector. http://www.authenticmlbrangersstore.com/Authentic-Jason-Grilli-Jersey Tennessee probably could upgrade at this spot, but it could cost big money. The Titans have some interest in bringing Kline back, and he's a decent fit in their new zone-blocking scheme. But his market could demand a long-term deal similar to those of recently paid guards such as Brandon Brooks and Brian Winters, and he might get it. he Broncos don't have many of their starters up for unrestricted free agency this year, with Davis, tight end Virgil Green and wide receiver Cody Latimer leading the way. Davis, who has been a starter for the past two seasons, is the http://www.officialfootballtitansprostore.com/Josh-Kline-Jerseyone general manager John Elway has spoken the most about retaining. The Broncos like Davis' game-day intensity, his preparation and the fact that he has produced since they claimed him off waivers from the Saints in 2014. Davis has started 29 games over the past two seasons, with 92 tackles in 2016 and 82 in 2017. Elway will likely let Davis see what kind of offer is out on the market for him, but in the end, the Broncos would like him back. Losing Logan would leave a gap in Kansas City's defensive line, but the Chiefs can find a way to replace Logan's production at a lower cost. Logan, who signed a one-year contract worth $8 million last year in free agency, will be looking for a longer-term deal this time around. http://asmap-inform.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=909575

LOS ANGELES -- It could have gone Rob Ramage Jersey either way, really. The Los Angeles Rams went back and forth, agonizing over whether to eventually exhaust their lone franchise tag on defensive back Lamarcus Joyner or wide receiver Sammy Watkins. They wanted to keep both, couldn't yet sign either, and so the tag's deployment was rooted in strategy. Youth Replica Majestic Adam Lind Green Jersey - #26 MLB Washington Nationals Salute To ServiceThe Rams ultimately used the non-exclusive franchise tag on Joyner. They did so because the value of his tag -- $11.29 million for safeties, as opposed to $15.98 million for receivers -- more closely resembles the average annual value on a potential extension. They did so because he might be more coveted by other teams on the open market. And they did so, largely, because the Rams would have a much harder time replacing Joyner than they would Watkins. The Rams have lost a lot of valuable defensive backs in recent years. Rodney McLeod and Janoris Jenkins departed via free agency in 2016, T.J. McDonald and E.J. Gaines left in 2017, and Trumaine Johnson will probably sign elsewhere this offseason, with Marcus Peters replacing him as the No. 1 cornerback for about one-tenth of the price. The Rams couldn't afford to lose Joyner; not after how well he transitioned from slot corner to strong safety, and not with another rookie, John Johnson, joining him in the backfield. Watkins' role as a vertical deep threat who opens the middle of the field for Robert Woods, Cooper Kupp and Todd Gurley can theoretically be filled by Josh Reynolds, who fell to the fourth round of last year's draft. But the Rams prefer to keep Watkins, and now it comes down to what his market will look like. Watkins, the No. 4 overall pick in 2014, has a history of foot injuries and is coming off a 593-yard season. But he stayed healthy in 2017, and some still regard him as a potential No. 1 receiver. Without considering trades that won't be processed until the start of the new league year on March 14, teams were accounting for somewhere in the neighborhood of $1 billion in salary-cap space, according to OverTheCap.com. The 10 teams ahead of the Rams -- now with about $40 million in cap space -- made up roughly 65 percent of that total, which is enough to make one believe that someone can easily outbid them on Watkins. Watkins sits among the top available receivers this offseason, right up there with Allen Robinson. The San Francisco 49ers and the Chicago Bears could go after Watkins aggressively. The Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts and Washington Redskins could all express interest. The Dallas Cowboys and Oakland Raiders might, too, depending on situations with their own receivers. The Rams still want to sign Joyner to a long-term deal and have until July 16 to do so. Teams must be willing to give up two first-round picks in order to pry Joyner from them, so it's a safe bet that the Rams are now set at safety. At least for 2018. But they still have pressing needs at nose tackle, slot corner, center, both outside linebacker spots and, potentially, outside corner and inside linebacker. Watkins is more of a luxury than a need, and he might have to take less money http://www.officialauthenticlionsstore.com/Nike-Glover-Quin-Jersey.html to remain with the Rams. Speaking the day after the Rams' season ended, Watkins was asked about his future and said: "I don’t know. I just know it’s a business. Since I got traded from the Bills, it’s like anything can happen. I didn’t see that coming. ... I think I played pretty hard this year, and I can’t wait to see what my future holds, here or anywhere else." Grade: C. Between Ivory’s age (he turns 30 this month), his cost ($5.5 million base value over two years) and his production in Jacksonville, there are reasons to be skeptical about this signing for Buffalo. What it means: Bills general manager Brandon Beane made it clear last week he was seeking a power running back to complement the shifty LeSean McCoy, and Ivory falls into that category. Buffalo did not receive ideal production last season when that role was filled by Mike Tolbert, who will soon become a free agent. Yet Tolbert still posted a better average (3.7 yards per carry) last season than Ivory, whose 3.4 yards per attempt was the worst mark of his career. Although Ivory is almost three years younger than Tolbert, between McCoy and Ivory, the Bills now have two of the NFL’s six oldest running backs who are under contract for 2018. What’s the risk: Beane told WHLD-AM last week that he could either fill the complementary running back role through free agency or the draft. Given Ivory received $3.25 million guaranteed from Buffalo, it appears running back will not be high among the Bills’ draft priorities. The Bills are betting that Ivory can turn his career around after a rough stint in Jacksonville, which would be rare for any running back 30 or older. Buffalo looks to have the NFL’s oldest backfield in 2018 with no immediate plan for the future. McCoy has the third-most career rushing attempts (2,185) of any running back under contract for 2018, and http://www.authentictorontobluejaysshop.com/Joe-Carter-Jersey Ivory has the Cameron Maybin Womens Jersey eighth-most (1,112). Splitting carries might help keep both players’ mileage down, but age is an undeniable concern at this position for Buffalo. cheap jerseys wholesale nfl jerseyswholesale nfl jerseys cheap jerseys china

there was no way it was really tagging Kirk Cousins again for nearly $35 million and trying to trade him. As such, Tuesday just marked the expected end of Cousins’ time in Washington and served as a reminder of how badly the organization bungled his situation each of the past Garrett Grayson Womens Jersey two offseasons. How good would Washington look right now if, two years ago, the front office had given Cousins the $19 million a year he wanted then? Youth Adam Lind Replica Red Majestic Jersey: MLB Washington Nationals #26 Alternate Cool BaseIt wasn’t a bad move to franchise Lamarcus Joyner, who’s an important piece of the Rams' secondary. But this is the year the Rams could no longer afford Trumaine Johnson, who would have cost $24.11 million to franchise for a third http://www.steelersnflofficialonline.com/Authentic-James-Conner-Jersey year in a row. The Rams are in fine shape, and their offseason so far has shown that they aren't afraid to make big moves. But losing Johnson and potentially losing Sammy Watkins are tough breaks. The Dolphins rushed right out and tagged Landry to the tune of $15.982 million on the first day that teams could tag players, and everybody was confused. The confusion hasn’t abated, as Miami spent the entire combine talking to teams about potential Landry trades, and then he informed the team that he would sign the tag, which means the Dolphins can’t rescind it anymore. It still seems that the most likely outcome is a trade, but at this point, it seems that any trade would require Landry to have a new deal James Reimer Womens Jersey in place with the acquiring team. So we wait. Worst case, Landry is on a team that no longer seems to want him for one more year at a premium price. Best case, he gets the deal Miami never Glen Rice Womens Jersey wanted to give him from a new team. It's tough to decide whether he’s a “winner” or a “loser” in this particular sweepstakes just yet. The NFL’s franchise/transition tag window closed at 4 p.m. ET Tuesday, and the Minnesota Vikings elected not to use the one-year tender on the 30-year-old quarterback, which would have come with an approximate $23 million cap hit. Keenum will join Teddy Bridgewater and Sam Bradford on the open market as unrestricted free agents. The trio of Vikings quarterbacks can begin contract negotiations when the legal tampering period opens March 12. What does this mean for the Vikings' quarterback situation? Well, a number of things. Let’s start with the most obvious and pressing matter. Washington quarterback Kirk Cousins will also become a free agent next week after the Redskins chose not to apply the franchise tag for a third straight year. As ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported, the Vikings are one of four teams expected to compete to land Cousins’ talents, along with the Jets, Broncos and Cardinals. The team's decision not to franchise Keenum only further tips the scale in favor of going after Cousins. With speculation that Cousins could command a deal with upwards of $90 million guaranteed, it’s fair to point out that the Vikings have the ninth-most cap space in the NFL and are in the best spot among Cousins’ potential suitors to win now. It appears that the free-agency quarterback market will run through Minnesota. Whatever happens with Cousins -- and whether he signs with the Vikings -- will set a number of other wheels in motion. If Cousins signs with the Vikings after free agency officially opens March 14, a new era will have officially begun in Minnesota. However, if he doesn’t, the Vikings have to go to Plan B or C. Today’s news of Minnesota not placing the franchise or transition tag on Keenum doesn’t necessarily mean his time as a Viking is over. The Vikings could end up being outbid for Cousins and need to turn to their second option -- an option that might or might not include Keenum returning in 2018 after leading the Vikings to a 13-3 record and appearance in the NFC Championship. The Vikings could still work out a long-term deal with Keenum in free agency. Denver and Arizona -- two teams also expected to go after Cousins -- are rumored to be among possible landing spots for a quarterback who could command anywhere north of $20 million. Whether the Vikings want to pay that price or grapple over bidding for a quarterback whose production they’re not necessarily sure is sustainable will be brought to light. “Is he the guy when he was at Houston or the Rams, or is he the guy who played for us?” Zimmer said at the combine. “Is it because he had a good team around him? Bradford, his record wasn’t great, is it because he didn’t have a good team around him? Did he play with a good defense? All those things enter into it. All those factor into it. At the end of the day, it’s a guess and a hunch.” Letting Keenum hit the open market might tips Minnesota's hand that the franchise isn’t sure he’s the answer for another http://www.authenticwildstore.com/-5-rod-langway-jersey_c-460.html run toward the Super Bowl. The quarterback reached career highs in 2017, completing 68 percent of his passes for 3,547 yards and a 22-7 touchdown-to-interception ratio in 15 games. Still, despite all the good that came with Keenum’s season, the Vikings never fully embraced him as a starter and wouldn’t commit to him on more than a week-to-week basis during the regular season, despite leading the Vikings on an eight-game win streak and to their second NFC North title under Zimmer. Minnesota still has time to work out a long-term deal with Keenum, Bridgewater or Bradford. That would happen only if a deal for Cousins doesn’t pan out, but the Vikings continuing their trend of not utilizing the franchise tag on a quarterback leaves the door open for a deal to be worked out in free agency. http://asmap-inform.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=771843

Some of these decisions are easy. Some are agonizing. The deadline for NFL teams to designate franchise or transition players passed at 4 p.m. ET Tuesday with a fair amount of activity, all of it impactful. For some, it’s a disappointing day, as players find out they’ll need to wait for the long-term contracts of their dreams and teams find themselves confronting the loss of an important player or two. For others, it’s a thrilling day, as the franchise tag numbers have grown so large that some players don’t mind the tag anymore. For fans, it can be a confusing day, which is why we’re here to help. Here’s our quick-reaction look at who came out of the 2018 franchise period looking good and who came out of it with reason for concern: Premier Old Time Hockey Men's Erik Karlsson Red Jersey - NHL #65 Ottawa Senators Pullover HoodieSure, it’d be better to have a long-term deal. But the defensive end franchise number this year is a whopping $17.143 million, and thanks to health and suspension issues in his first three years, Lawrence couldn’t have expected the Cowboys to rush into a commitment off one monster season. Lawrence will be 26 this time next year, and franchising him again in 2019 would cost Dallas $20.5716 million. So as long as he keeps playing at a high level, he’ll be in a great position. The edge rushers who got franchised last year -- Jason Pierre-Paul, Chandler Jones and Melvin Ingram -- each got long-term deals, so there’s a template for Lawrence and the Cowboys to get something even bigger done before July 16. The Rams’ decision to franchise safety Lamarcus Joyner instead of Watkins means they can’t franchise Watkins, the former Bills first-rounder who was traded to Los Angeles before last season. Watkins didn’t put up big numbers in the Rams’ high-powered offense, but he did stay healthy for the first time since his rookie season, and Rams coaches were impressed with the way he Benson Mayowa Jersey handled a role that sometimes fell into the dreaded “decoy” category. He doesn’t turn 25 until June and is still viewed by enough people around the league as a top-level talent that he can expect a big deal ($12-13 million per year?) http://www.hockeyofficialonline.com/T-Shirts/Buffalo_Sabres.html if the Rams don’t sign him in advance of free agency. The Seahawks opted not to franchise Richardson for what would have been $13.939 million, and that could end up looking like a bargain price for him. Having shown an ability to play in a 4-3 front as well as a 3-4, Richardson should have no trouble topping the $12.5 million per year Linval Joseph is getting from Minnesota. In fact, there was talk at the combine that Richardson’s price might come in closer to the $16.1 million per year that Kawann Short is getting from the Panthers. Not because http://www.officialnewyorkislanders.com/Adidas-Billy-Smith-Jersey of anything that happened Tuesday, but just as a reminder that both Brees and Solder got provisions put in their last contracts that prohibited the Saints and Patriots from franchising them once the deals expired. That makes Solder an unrestricted free agent, and with the final three years of Brees’ deal automatically voiding next Wednesday, it gives the Saints a true deadline for Brees’ likely lucrative extension. The Bears pulled a surprise move by applying the transition tag to Fuller, but think of it this way: The transition tag price is $12.971 million, which is $4.445 million more than Fuller would have made this season if the Bears had picked up his fifth-year option a year ago. That means he has already played himself into a 52 percent raise, and he could end up getting even more if another team wants to offer him a big contract. The transition tag allows other teams to make offers to Fuller and the Bears to keep him if they’re willing to match those offers. Odds seem decent that he’ll end up sticking in Chicago on a long-term deal, but the transition tag gives him a high starting point for negotiations, and he’s in a lot better shape than he was last summer, when the Bears had him on the trade block. Yeah, the $14.544 million is nice. Specifically, it’s the 43-percent-more-than-the-average-annual-salary-of-any-other-running-back-in-the-league kind of nice. But we all know Bell wants a long-term deal, and for the second year in a row, it’s clear that he and the Steelers don’t see eye-to-eye on what he deserves. If they can’t get a deal finished by mid-July, Bell faces another 400-touch season at age 26 and the possibility of an early breakdown under the kind of workload he carries in the Steelers’ offense. Even if he makes it through the season healthy and finds himself in the running back version of Kirk Cousins’ situation this time next year, he isn't a quarterback, which means he isn't likely to enjoy the kind of eye-popping raise for which Cousins is in line right now. That’s right. There are no winners in the Steelers-Bell situation. Pittsburgh faces another offseason through which Bell is sure to hold out, and it’s possible that he could even sit out a regular-season game or two, as Seattle’s Kam Chancellor did a couple of years ago. The Steelers’ best-case scenario if they can’t get a Bell deal finished before July is that he plays great and they're in this same spot next year, when franchising their superstar back for Womens Jon Weeks Jersey a third straight season would cost $20.94336 million. If they can’t get him signed to a long-term deal by the July 15 deadline, this looks like Bell’s last season as a Steeler. cheap jerseys wholesale nfl jerseys cheap jerseyswholesale jerseys

Last year, as Hanley Ramirez prepared for spring training and what would be his first experience as primarily a designated hitter, David Ortiz imparted some friendly advice. "Do you really want to know what he told me?" Ramirez said, a smile lighting his face. "Honestly, he told me, ‘Some days you're going to get crazy. Because all you can do is hit, and when things aren't going good, what can you do?’ You just go out there and try not to think about it until your next at-bat." Youth Buffalo Sabres #23 Sam Reinhart Reebok White Away Authentic NHL JerseyOK, so Ortiz being Ortiz, he probably mixed in a few off-color words just to emphasize his point. But his message to Ramirez couldn't have been clearer: Being a DH is hard. Harder, in fact, than most people think. And so, the timing of Ortiz's visit to Boston Red Sox camp last week was serendipitous in that it came only a few days after J.D. Martinez arrived, freshly signed $110 million contract filed away, as the team's new middle-of-the-order masher. An outfielder throughout his seven-year career with the Houston Astros, Detroit Tigers and Arizona Diamondbacks, Martinez is expected to be mostly a DH with the Red Sox, and he realizes there is bound to be an adjustment. Men's Adidas Milwaukee Bucks #00 Spencer Hawes Swingman White Home NBA JerseyMartinez, 30, is a .285 career hitter with an .857 OPS and 152 home runs in 2,828 at-bats. In 38 games as a DH -- a http://www.officialramsfootballshop.com/YOUTH+ROB+HAVENSTEIN+JERSEYsmall sample, to be sure -- he’s 35-for-140 (.250) with a .756 OPS and six homers. But if any player can make the transition to an offense-only role, it would seem to be Martinez, who is as meticulous in his preparation as any hitter in the game. He tapes his batting practice each day and sends it to personal hitting coach Robert Van Scoyoc to make sure his swing is just right. He even keeps a notebook in the dugout during games and jots observations about the styles and attack plans of various pitchers. And that's only a slice of Martinez's daily routine. MLB spring training Players and teams get in gear for Opening Day in Florida and Arizona. • Complete spring training coverage » "He's very diligent on what he does every single day," said Van Scoyoc, who helped Martinez with a career-saving overhaul of Authentic Matt Breida Jersey his swing after the 2013 season. "There's a constant grinding on all the things that he needs to be doing. I would find it hard to identify another player in baseball that goes through that on a daily basis." Studious as he is, though, Martinez is about to face his toughest mental challenge. Whereas he used to be able to take his mind off a poor at-bat by grabbing his mitt and jogging to the outfield, he must now develop ways to occupy his time between at-bats, ones that don't involve obsessing over the many insecurities that tend to build up in a sport in which the best of the best still fail roughly 70 percent of the time. But, hey, at least Martinez will have more time to do what he seems to enjoy most: hone his swing in the batting cage, analyze video of previous at-bats and study pitchers' tendencies. "I kind of did that when I played right field, too. It never really stopped me," Martinez said at his introductory Red Sox news conference. "I'm always hungry for information and stuff like that. I'd say the challenge of DHing is going to be learning the routine and to stay loose, stay warm, be ready for [the next at-bat]. But it could definitely be a positive thing." At least Martinez has a few good role models. Two of the best, actually. For 3½ seasons in Detroit, as he was blossoming into one of the top sluggers in the American League, he got to hit behind Victor Martinez, whose study habits matched J.D.'s. Since 2011, Victor Martinez ranks second among all designated hitters in on-base percentage (.357) and RBIs (486) and third in home runs (106) and slugging percentage (.453). "He was a pretty good one to watch," J.D. Martinez told reporters last week. "I've had something to model off of. I think it's going to be a little different than Victor just because Victor is a little bit older in a sense and I'm a little bit Mike Daniels Jersey younger. So, I think I'm going to be a lot more trying to stay loose and do stuff." Then there's Ortiz, a first baseman early in his career who wound up becoming the dean of DHs during his 14 seasons with the Red Sox. Upon his retirement after the 2016 season, Big Papi held the all-time records for hits (2,191), runs (1,254), homers (485) and RBIs (1,569) by a DH. And now, with Ortiz dropping in on the Red Sox every now and again as a special assistant to the Fenway Sports Group, Martinez will have access to him as a resource. The first lessons came last Thursday around a batting cage at the Red Sox's spring training complex. "I was sitting there during BP, the whole BP, and I was like, 'Let me just A. J. Pollock Jersey sit by him and just hear him,'" Martinez said. "Because you never know. You might talk for http://www.authenticlosangelesangelsshop.com/Mike-Trout-Jersey 40 minutes there, and there might be one thing you always remember. It was cool." Until now, Martinez has known Ortiz only from playing against him. But they bonded last week over their similar career trajectories. Ortiz didn't develop Dan Hamhuis Authentic Jersey into a feared slugger until he got released by the Minnesota Twins after the 2002 season. He was 27 years old then, one year http://www.officialcarolinahurricanes.com/Adidas-Lee-Stempniak-Jersey older than Martinez was when the Houston Astros released him at the end of spring training in 2014. cheap jerseys wholesale jerseys cheap jerseys wholesale nfl jerseys wholesale nfl jerseys from china cheap jerseys wholesale jerseys
